Hey guys,
posted a while ago about what to do with my JD 450B that had been sitting for quite some time...20 years...with the engine pulled and rebuilt (5 years ago) but then had sat outside...
after looking and thinking, we talked to a friend, who took a look and figured the motor would have to be, at the very least, gone through and, since it was a B, with the dry clutches...would be quite a project - outside of our time limits and know-how...
so i looked at some price estimates of the cost of this...and decided it would be in our best interest to see what we could find in terms of replacement machines...ended up using the B as a partial trade on a recently rebuilt 450C.
