Drain a 65 case crawler fuel pump?

I've installed new fuel filters and bled the injectors. The injector at the front of the motor spit some muddy water coloured fuel. Took the supply line off the top of the pump at the elbow and found no obstructions but the fuel in the hole was dirty coloured as well.

I put fresh fuel and the filters but want to get that odd coloured fuel out of the pump.

When I bleed the last injector, the one closest to the seat, the change in motor idling is minimal although noticeable. The change on that one is not as drastic as the first 3. Might this be why it's running rough??
