does anyone know where I can get a service manuel and a throttle lever and cable for a c166 bantam excavator

Many power train component dealers custom make up control cables such as the one you need. That's how I got a new throttle cable for my Bantam. You do have to know the
overall length you need as well as how long the cable travel should be.

thanks do you have a c166 bantam. with Detroit diesel. do you have to run yours full throttle to get anything out of it, wherer cAN youbuy service manuel

Getting a service manual may require some patience...there are some around, keep your eyes and ears in tune. The more people and places you ask... next thing someone has a
lead on a used one. I've had several 266 Bantams, only one 366 and I've never had a 166. You don't have to run it at full throttle to get your work done but the Detroit engines
aren't made to idle or run too slow either for any length of time. Good machines to work on...all American parts and measurements etc.
