International 2500 series B backhoe HELP!!

I can't find anyone that can help me with this machine. It's a yellow tractor so the farm dealers tell me they have nothing and the industrial case dealers tell me they have nothing. I'd like to know the specs on fuel pressure and how the set the injectors. It's running at high rev but won't quite maintain low idol. Bought it with water leaking in one cylinder and froze up. Got motor freed up and is now running. Also need to rebuild a couple of the hydraulic cylinders and need the parts for that. Any advice?
 
Nosing I found that the engine is a D-188 and there is a parts breakdown on the Case IH parts site at the link below,go to the link,click on find parts by model,then click o Browse,pick engines from the options,them Case,4 cylinder, go below the list and click on D-188. about the injector settings,injectors are stamped with a code that the fuel injection shop can translate,the bad running is probably due to the governor ring having broken up and blocking the fuel return,remove the elbow and clean it,make sure the fuel and filters are clean too.

The engine is a 239d. I have a 188d in my case dozer. The head and all are completely different. 188d has straight sides on the valve cover. This motor has one side that is wavy. I found a stamp on the rt side of the block that says "239dt" stamped in it.
 
OK its a D239,it will have a Bosch pump then.the D-188 engine is not a Case engine the 188D is the Case engine,make sure the fuel supply is good and the filters clean including the air filter.

Flushed the fuel tank, fuel lines and replaced filters with new on both the fuel and air. Installed a new K&N air filter since I could not find the part number for the old filter. Installed new canister filters for fuel since again, did not have part numbers for old filters.
 
that part of IH was sold to Dresser Industries, no cih or CASE dealer can get much for them unless they used the same part on a ag tractor
