353 blower needed

Hi guys , looking for a good used or new
353 LH blower ,mine is worn right out and
I would rather replace than rebuild .

Finding one for any Detroit that's not worn out already, or just been rebuilt because it was worn out, is going to be a near impossible task. Even worse is finding one set up with the correct rotation, especially for something as odd already as a 3-53.

If you decide to get yours rebuilt, and don't mind shipping it, I'd be happy to rebuild it for you. I haven't priced a seal and bearing kit lately, but it doesn't take but an hour or so to pull one down and put the new parts in, so it's not that big of a deal. The main thing is having the tools to do it. My email is open if you need to get up with me.

I have a 353 Detroit engine , it came out of my Insley dragline , running when removed 4 years ago , I keep it covered , engine turns free , has radiator , twin disc clutch and of course blower . I just started started cleaning up on engine this pass Monday,3/23/15 . I live in south Alabama , take a trip to South and check this engine out , $1,200.00 for all I have described. Bill
