How do I make this go away? The fittings are snug
and tight but it's leaking fuel.

Near as I can figure the rubber o ring on the injector side is bad. Where the injector goes into the t fitting. I can't seem to remove the injector t fitting nut and seal. Do I have to take the injector out??

I was scared to bother with injectors because everyone around here said "don't touch those things they will never be set right again" but other than taking off the two top nuts of the injector how else to change the seal? No more fuel leaks. Win!

I assume you're talking about the brass, return line fittings? I've never worked on a Case, but I assume they are like any other brand I have worked on, in that they use a rubber sleeve. They can be reused somewhat. But generally the nuts only need to be snug. When the rubber sleeves get hard, over tightening the nuts doesn't do much good, and I have seen the steel line squeezed out of shape.

They would have been referring to the pop off pressure setting when a gauge is needed to set the pressure,is it the brass fitting that is leaking, the nut that secures it to the injector is screwed on to the fitting,so its anti clock to undo it looking down from the top.it is probably the rubber grommet that gone hard, get some new ones,I would replace all four, undo the four nuts and lift the bar off in one piece, about the high pressure pipes connection to the injector,it is very important to hold the stem against the way the nut is been tightened or undone as it is easy to fracture the stem where it connects to the injector body, how did you get on with the running/starting you were having trouble with.
