couple more questions 941

the oil filter is leaking alittle on top of the housing around the bolt,the guy i bought it from had bought a spin on filter an adapter for it but i dont know how it is supposed to go on. here is a link to the adapter like i have and it says it fits.

now for the fuel problem. i think i need to replace the orings in the primer pump, i tried tightening it but it was still leaking. also what is the bleeding process, i dont see that it tells anywhere in my manual. also in this picture what is the valve behind the filter do?manual calls it a needle and seat.

on the fuel -unlock the plunger and then pump up and down to get rid of the air. The other valve is a bleeder valve to let the air out. I think there are just two seals in that pump that need to be replaced
 
for the existing oil filter you need new seals--a fat yellow o-ring for the filter center bolt and a square o-ring for the filter can. If you do change to a screw on filter you will need fat 0-rings and gaskets for the big oil line.
 
I don't think the filter bracket from ebay fits your engine,the cooler and filter bracket in the picture look to be one piece and is cast iron,your engine is the 330 the ebay bracket is for the 3304 which was the later engine fitted,take a picture of the priming pump from another angle as there were a few different types of that also.

That is the old style compact fuel system and the best,you may be able to get a repair kit for the primer from the dealer,just undo the nut and the plunger pulls out without removing the body.
