I recently came to own a 310G Case that likes to throw a track on hillsides.
It's good enough on the flat, but I don't need it on the flat...
Anyway, the pins are pretty worn (One side has two makeshift "master" links)
I thought I might put new chains on it rather than trying to have the botched links with the wallowed out holes fixed and/or the pins rotated.
Does anyone have a ballpark figure on the cost for new chains? The pads are good.
Or, should I just try to shorten up the chains by a link and see what happens?
The sprockets are worn, but not shot.
Thanks for the help!
