1150 case dozer leaking

I am looking at buying a 1150 case dozer from a guy down the road.
It run good the under carriage is 80% .the problem with it is there is hydraulic fluid coming out from between the tranny and the rear end .So the question is what could it be and how hard will it be to fix and how expensive?

Go to the link below,it will take you to the Case Online Parts site where you can look up the parts drawing of the machine,go to the link,first page opens,on the top left click on Find parts by model,second page opens,type 1150 in the search box and hit Enter button or click on the magnifying glass on the right end of the box,a list of all the 1150's will show,pick yours.I think it is the very top one,click on it and scroll down the sub sections,click on transmission then housing and covers or where ever you think could be the leak,it will give you an idea whats involved.
