Case 350 final drive problems

I am in possession of a Case 350 crawler that will not keep the bearing in the left final drive. All 4 bearings were replaced, along with the seal and seal carrier before it was delivered to me. With less than 8 hours on it the outer bearing went out again. New bearing, seal and seal retainer. It only lasted 20 minutes this time! Any ideas what is causing this?

If the axle shaft is not bent it would be my guess that the load on the bearings is too much causing them to fail, there are shims between the bearing carrier and the final cover,I don't know what the specs are someone else on here may have them.

I'm not sure what the shims are for. The outer race has a lock
ring (not shown on any parts diagrams I have seen) that
prevents the bearing from going into the housing and the
retainer keeps it from coming out. If you put shims in the entire
axel shaft could shift in and out (the thickness on the shim). I
will check the shaft when I tear it back down. I hadn't thought
of that. Thanks.
