1995 ford f700 transmisson

have a 1995 ford f700 with 5.9 cummings and 7 speed spicer trans. it shifts in all gears and no noise. except gear 7th. it acts like it is not going in far enough. it will stay in for a while than jumps out, you can tell it is not going in. is there adjustment or something I can fix without pulling trans. thanks

Apparently you got the brakes released,Answer is no,
7th gear syncronizer assembly is worn out,shifting
fork is worn or detent spring is broken

I got the brakes releasaed the hyd resevior was low, filled it and brakes worked perfect, just bought the truck, does transmission have to be pulled out to fix. thanks

Without knowing which 7 spd Spicer you have it would
be hard to say,but I have found very little that you
can do to any MD truck tranny without pulling it
out.35 years of working on this junk and still
counting.
