HOW MAKE DECEL PEDAL??

NEED 2 MAKE DECEL SYSTEM, CASE 1450. HAS ACCEL PEDAL, & HAS HAND THROTTLE. HOW CAN I ARRENGE 2 US THIS PEDAL FOR DECEL? CRAWLER IS POWERSHIFT-TYPE. NEED SPECIFIC, DETAILED IDEAS, & I THANK U ALL. NIK, AGE 72, VIET VET, PILOTO AVIADOR...

I changed my 1150E over to a decelerator. I just moved the throttle rod from the bottom of the pump arm to the top. I had to add an extension on to the arm to get the right amount of travel in the linkage. The hand throttle works opposite now, but no big deal, just don't look at the rabbit and turtle.
