Where is the bleeder scew on a jd 500c fuel injection pump? I am attempting to prime it . I have feul at the inlet but not at the nozzle lines?

There sometimes is a bleeder screw on that injector pump.. It would be a [1] pan headed straight slot screw that goes in on an angle pointed upward .. If you look on the upper side of the inj. pump body near where the "top" cover screws onto the body.. If you get fuel to the inlet , it should pick it up.. If it doesn't, maybe there's something else causing a no start problem .. Maybe the shut-off solenoid isn't shifting the internal linkage to the run position..
