I am working on an Allis h4 crawler. trying to remove the left steering clutch. I am trying to remove the pivot arm shaft for the brake. I have removed the roll pin but when I try to drive it from the outside to the inside it doesn't budge. Is there something else I need to loosen. The shaft moves when I move the pivot arm like its either froze to it or something else has to be removed to get it out. I have to have it removed so I can pull up the steering clutch. Anyone have any knowledge on these. Apparently it is different than the 653. All help is appreciated. Thanks Norm
