Deere 310 Loader Bucket Strain

Hello,
I have an early JD 310 hoe that I have been using quite a bit lately. The hydraulics are strong and operate at good speed.
One thing I have found is when I dump the loader bucket, it puts a strain on the engine, dropping the rpms, when I curl the bucket back up, no strain. Lifing the loader boom, even with a load on, engine really has no strain. This does not seem normal. Thanks for your help.

Unless it seems excessive.. Nothings wrong with it.. In fact we use that circuit to warm up the hydraulics to get better, more consistent hydraulic readings when testing hydraulic values..

Thanks,
I watched the tach and she drops about 200-250 rpms when curling the bucket down.

When using any other circuit, the motor drops, just a fraction and comes right back to normal immediately.

I don"t know if that would be excessive, but it seems to me it is, comparably....

Any further thoughts on what it could be?

Thanks,
Gary
