Hello guy's I have a older model JD 550E bought it with the winch not working supposedly all it needed was a new cable any ways it has a new pump and it is working the valve on the other hand is toast the rotary face is all pitted and one of the sleeves is stuck where or who do I talk to about a replacement?? TIA

The rotary winch valves were major headaches for Deere. Last I worked for Deere in 1992 - they were made obsolete and Deere sold change-over kits to fix with spool valves. I had a bucket full of over 20 of them I threw out a few years ago.

You wouldn't happen to have a part number by any chance? My local JD is of little help to me I am thinking of drilling and tapping the ports and plumbing a 3 way valve of my own if I cant find the JD valve

The spool valve on some of them is Deere AT21003. That is just the valve and not a change-over kit.
