931B track tension

Went to tighten up the tracks on my 931B and one side tighten right up but the other side would not take grease to tighten the track. What should I be looking for to solve this problem?

when you encounter extreme back pressure and it won't take grease it usually means the ram has frozen up and won't move---sometimes if you relieve the grease and the ram moves back it might unfreeze
