A older man i started farming some of his land this year has a
international 125 track loader looks to been sitting for alittle
while atleast a couple years! He has a dozer and loader he uses
some he is in his 90s so not alot of use anymore i have ran a
few cat dozers and a case 450 track loader in the past! No
experience with international! Id like to get a track loader for
pushing brush this one looks to have been kept original not all
rigged but the tracks are definetly shot! Dont know how much it
would cost for new tracks or good used ones if thier worth
buying i dont know i never put new tracks on a dozer before! Im
sure thier not cheap! Has a 4 in one bucket that appears to be in
good shape! Whats your thoughts on these machines would like
to get a idea on the tracks before i ask him about it! They gotta
be replaced they sag alot and the pads are about smooth! The
drive sprockets still look decent to me!

The 125 was a great machine, well worth puting tracks on. There are some after market guys out there where you can get tracks at a fair price. Loader used triple grouser pads. DO NOT PUT DOZER TRACKS ON A LOADER!!! It is a good way to wipe out final drives.

Brian I have owned, ran, sold, parted and otherwise been around ih equipment for years. The little 125 be it a b or c model runs a ih d239 engine. The engine is the weakness IF their is any, engine has a n oil pump balancer set up that sometimes goes out and wipes out the crank. Rear end runs in oil and is almost trouble free. 4&1 bucket is nice. Used tracks are avl and new rails are around $ 1200 or so a side. TD8 dozer runs the same rail and contrary to what one of the other posters says I have fitted many in logging operations with dozer pads with no problems. Again the loader is just a td8 dozer with loader affixed, same final drives. One this to bear in mind the market for 30 year old loader the don,t run is not to great so don,t give too much. It will part for $3,500 to 4,500 if that helps you any.
