Didn't want to hijack the post below, but didn't Libra make an attempt to get into the US market back in the 1950,s and 1960's? I remember my father and several other landowners went together on a large ditch building project and I believe the contractor had a brand new large Libra backhoe he used on the project. I remember it had the first Duetz air cooled diesel anybody had ever seen and the big topic of discussion was the fact that the engine used no head gasket.
Am I correct on this or is my memory a bit foggy?
