Stuck main clutch on 420 dozer

FWIW, they are about as easy to split as can be. I split mine twice in the same day with nothing more than a couple of 7 foot fence posts as shears and another fence post used to swing the engine away from the frame. Not a bad job as all.
 
Remember you can pull both steering levers back and like lavoy says keep the main clutch in and work it release the levers then pull them back again just don't get carried away with it and break something
