JCB JS 200 excavator

I have a JCB JS 200 excavator that loses power after about 25 minutes of operation.

You don't say what engine it's got,could have a four or six cylinder Izusu,in either case check the easy things first like the tank vent,the fuel lines for damage or leaks,change the filters,clean the sediment bowl,ensure that there is a good fuel flow from the tank to the feed pump,if not there is a restriction with the fuel leaving the tank that needs sorting,after you fit new filter/s and bleed the system ensure the priming plunger is screwed down and nipped up as it can draw air if left loose.
