195? international td9 drot seires loader question

It was my grandfathers now mine great machine wants started and warmed up but the help didn't check the water one day and it got a little to warm blown gasket and possibly a cracked head water gushing out on left side above fuel filter and cumpreshion in cooling system now the questions does this motor have liners .what's the chance I can have the head welded if cracked .and does any body know where I can find parts ha ha ha finding parts I'm in Texas thanks PS don't know the year/numbers of machine but can probably get them if needed

hanks AJ for the info I have in the past dealt with some folks in Idaho on parts but you got to be drinking scotch with danold nnalert to be able to aford the shipping

the td9 motor have some liners and 4 1/2" bore

I would try to find a good used head, there are plenty of them out there. The engine in a TD-9 is the same as a WD-9 wheel tractor. Parts from an IH 600 and 650 should fit also.
