Any clues as to why the turn signals/4-ways don't work? I replaced three blown bulbs and the 3 prong flasher unit. There is power at the fuse block and the flasher mount has power and ground.

I installed a 2 prong moto flash, pulled the dash switch and had current on the hot terminal and one other before replacing the three bulbs. The right front lamp flashed but doesn't when I replaced the flasher with the 3 prong unit.

Could the switch be bad?

I have not come across a Case 416B in my neck of the woods but all Case machines are much the same,is what you are saying that your machine has no turn signals or hazard warning lights, make sure the bulbs are correct 12v,21W single contact, usually power from the ignition switch passes through the fuse box to the flasher unit and then on to the turn signal switch, from there it is directed to the left or right by the switch position, some have the hazard lights switch as part of the turn signal switch and some have a separate switch for the hazards, they both do the same thing, when the hazards are switched on power is sent to both sides without the need for the ignition been on,it would be my guess that turn signal switch has an issue and needs checking.

Thanks AJ. That is what I thought, I was looking for conformation before going through the expense of the switch. I hate doing swaptronics to solve problems. ;-)
