I have tested pressure and have 180-190 even after a couble hrs running, Pushes good in low good in reverse and sometimes in high but does not seem to come back to pressure all the time in high range. I have adjusted the clutch and checked the pressure valve for shims all seems to be in order. It shifts a little hard into reverse but not into forward. low maintains pressure well but hard to keep high moving, it has new filter in front by cooler and I have flushed the trans with diesel fuel. When I put in the clutch the pressure starts to drop. Is this normal for this machine? Any help would be great. THANKS

Watch the gauge when hot and pushing in High gear.. When it starts to loose ground speed, does the pressure go down ?? Does it maintain pressure but the drive bogs down , does the engine rpm stay the same or does it also bog down ?? I'm trying to decide if there is an engine clutch slippage problem or a steering clutch problem or in fact a HLR pressure problem causing slippage... Another thing is does the HLR transmission make excessive heat ?? Could be slipping HLR clutches making heat..
