im looking to buy a 91 855d . I would like to know how to tell how much track adj. is left be for I buy it . any help would help thanks

Tracks can be totally worn out,a link removed and it will look like there is plenty of adjustment left.You would be money ahead having a track shop come out and gauge the undercarriage.There are a lot more variables beyond how much adjustment is left. Rail height,roller wear,idler wear,internal pin wear,link stretch,and sprocket wear all add up.
