case 450B loader will go forward, not backward

I just bought this loader and used it a couple hours, it got a little hot so I replaced the radiator, water pump and its all good, used it about a half hour and then it would intermittently back up with some jostling of the levers and then nothing. goes forward great, everything works, just won"t move when put in reverse. The right track is overtightened I know, but didn"t think that would affect it. Moved the high low on the floor, no change?

Slacken the tight track off and put a pry bar between the sprocket and frame and check for any play,a track that is too tight is putting unnecessary stress on the final drive and track chain, look down through the floor boards and see if the drive shaft is turning going into the tranny when in reverse,if it is you will know the torque, charge pump and the forward clutch is ok,the reverse clutch has an issue, check the linkage is moving the valve fully,at this point a pressure check would be handy so you would know if its an internal leak or that the discs are worn, pull the dipstick and sniff the oil,if you get a bad smell like burned out brake pads its a fair bet the clutch is worn,I'm not sure if there is an inching pedal on that model if it has one check it out,its rotten luck having this problem after buying,
Good luck
