I didn't specifically mention it till I make sure I'm going to get it. But, no mater what machine you get I figured you'd get the same manual for whatever you bought. Or, that's my way of thinking.

Thanks for the replies.

James

P.S. I should find out tomorrow if I'm getting it.

My choice of a manual would greatly depend on the make and model of the machine. For some - factory tech manuals are available free in PDF files. For some others - used OEM manuals available used or new in reprint. For a few - nothing easily found but condensed shortened manuals like I&T or Jennsales. I don't get it! You take the time to post the question yet refuse to mention what the machine is?

What machine makes a big difference. Why all the secrecy?

I ended up getting the International 125E. It's a '79. So, any thoughts on the manuals I should get?

Thanks,

James

No secrecy. I just don't know which machine I'm getting till tomorrow. But, I figured that no matter what machine someone bought they'd want certain manuals for it. So, why would it make a differance on which machine? I'm a newb. So, I'm just asking. I'd think that no matter what machine, you'd want all of the most important manuals. I'm just trying to figure out what they are. That's all.

James

Got the machine and posted some pictures. But, haven't heard back from anyone about which manuals I should get for it.

Give a list of the machines you're looking at. Some manuals aren't worth the paper they're printed on. Depending on the machine, a service manual could cost $100's of dollars. Your request is too open ended. It's like asking what tire to put on something and not having a clue what it is.
