UPDATE PROBLEM SOLVED!!
Ok so i enlisted one of my brothers to help me just to have another set of eyes on the problem, he suggested to take the cylinders loose and retract the rod all the way, then take the line off the stationary end of the cylinder and put the hose in a bucket while operating the cylinder more to the retract. the result was one cylinder poured fluid out while the other did not. we discovered fluid was by passing the seals in the piston, so we took them both apart and found both backup rings and the 0 ring was completely destroyed. I never in 100 years guessed that the little clearance between the piston and the bore was large enough to let all the fluid bypass and dump all the pressure. You live and you learn, and I defiantly learned a lot about hydraulics this time around. I took a little problem and blew it out of proportion. I found the seals at baumhydraulics.com, very nice people and same day FREE shipping. thanks to everyone on here for giving advice, and helping me figure this out!! my hair will start re growing now!!
