jd 2010 steering clutch

I would check with your John Deere dealer. won't be cheap. might check at jdcrawler.com or this site. Easy to repalce once you get to them! :D
 
Kind of a pain in the butt, you have to split the track, pull the sprocket and the pinion shaft out, then lift them out the top, but not the worst thing. Get a service manual if you don't have one prior to tackling the job.
I would think terribly expensive at a dealer, most are in the area of $100/hour now, and they may want to install Deere only parts. In that case, not even worth considering.
Parts are not an issue, I have most of them on hand, short delay to get what I don't.
