TD 20 Crawler

I am looking for information and parts for a 1960 international TD 20 cable dozer.
This machine has the double drum winch on back for running a scraper, it also has a winch on front built right into the grill. The blade is being run by the winch on back, why would the front winch not be used for the blade? I would be interested in finding a driveshaft to run the front winch if that is what I should run the blade with, Also I would like to find a set of sweeps and side panels to protect the engine to use in the woods if anyone has spare stuff.
Thanks Hyperpack

Normally a tractor towing a scraper would have the blade removed and there would be no need to have a front mounted CCU (Cable Control Unit) it would be normal when the scraper was off and the blade on to use the rear CCU for the blade, how ever if the job called for the tractor to have a blade on as well as the scraper or there were lots of changing over the front CCU would be needed, can't help with the parts but you could try crawler haven at the top link below, the bottom link is for Red power the IH site/forum plenty IH help there.

HP Here is why it is running on the back unit. In simple words the front unit is worthless. The idea of the front units were the thing would be live all time and make for smother operation. In the designe the clutches and disk are not big enough. As long as we kept the old 20 in dirt work the front unit would somewhat get buy but if the guy went to hanging it on stumps and riding the blade lift burnt the unit out fast. Was working at an ih dealer in 50s/60s been there done that.

Thanks Guys
I will leave it hooked up to the back winch. I just bought this rig yesterday and while checking it out I discovered the left final drive housing was full of diesel fuel, Mysterious. After getting it running it immediately ran out of fuel, then found a fuel line leak just above the left clutch housing. How would fuel get into the final housing? (I have a theory but am interested in your thoughts. Also are the final drive output shaft seals still available?
Thanks
