Can someone explain and/or provide a picture of the location and attachment points for the throttle and governor springs on a 1969 310g (gas).
I "inherited" the dozer from my father-in-law and someone, at some point, bypassed the governor completely in an attempt to fix the idle.
If I remember correctly, the governor spring consisted of an inner and outer spring. They appear to to still be behind the generator but are not attached to anything. There was also a throttle return spring (I think) for the foot pedal and dash lever.
Any help would be appreciated.
