John Deere 410D Backhoe hydraulic issues

Went to use the backhoe today, and the hoe is moving very slowly and the bucket is not moving at all. All the hydraulic fluid is full and no leaks anywhere.
Any ideas where to start.

I have a JD 410 C 1989 Was working perfect one minute and the next it wouldn't lift the front boom and or rear boom. It finally came back , but is at 75%. I have had a lot of very good excellent advice.
I am now going to be looking at the two front pumps--main pump and charge pump...
I have checked destroke control valve, stroke control valve, 2 poppets in main hyd. filter head, replaced both filters, checked sump screen, checked servos in lift control for front bucket and boom, checked servo in priority valve, replaced supply hose from sump screen area, installed gauge 3000 lb gauge on front pump, checked front shaft to front pump. The closed hyd. system seems to be kinda difficult to figure out--for me anyway....................
