Huber maintainer Identification help

My boss just bought an old Huber for grading our dirt road at work. The seller said late sixties M 600. I'm thinking early fifties.
It's got a fresh coat of paint on every thing. There may be a plate on the bell housing. It's got a four cylinder flathead gas engine up draft carburetor and six volt electrics.
I'd like some help on tractor year and model and engine ID.

Thanks!

Joe

Is that better? I'm on an Ipad. It does that!

With the distributor sticking out of the top of the cylinder head it is some version of F400 series Continental engine. The engine should have a metal plate close to the oil fill opening. They were made in 3 sizes F-124,F-140 and F-162, Changes were made in the later F-162 and they became the F-163 engine. Do you have a PTO off the transmission, if so post the model number, it will help me date it too. J.

You need to get the air filter connected up on it, before it swallows enough dust/dirt etc to damage the engine.

We're working on that! I'd put it right behind fixing the brakes. But that's just me!
I'm seeing that the Continental flathead 4 cylinder tells me it's made between 1948 and 1960. Maybe a M 52? Maybe earlier 1950's rather than later 1950's?

Thanks!
