Case 450 dozer hydraulic lines HELP

Hello and thanks in advance for any information.
I recently bought a Case 450 dozer. The engine sounds fine and it moves about 4 feet forward and backward, but stop because the tracks are buckled up in places because the chain links are very rusty ( some buckled-up pad grousers catch on the left and right operators floor foot plates) I've continued to drowned the pads and chain links in used automatic transmission fluid hopping it will penetrate them and loosen them up. Then I'll move the machine gently back and forth, hopefully to avoid ned tracks.
The front hydraulic hose on the hydraulic cylinder assembly has been torn away from the assembly (probably the hose was caught by a pad) The nut is still on the hose. It looks like the flared tubing was sheared right at the assembly. The flared piece may still be in the bottom of the valve assembly.
What is the best way to repair this hydraulic line?
THANK YOU

A high pressure washer and a 14LB hammer is the most effective method of freeing rusty tracks, aim the jet at the joint of each pin doing them one at a time both sides of each bush, when you move and the track and it humps up knock it back down with the sledge, depending on which hydraulic line got damaged,on the right side the hose attaches to a tee,the line comes from the valve to the tee,one hose goes from the tee to the cylinder, from the other side of the tee goes a tube to the left with a 90° angle on the end which connects to the hose that connects to the cylinder, you may only need the tee if its the R/H hose that got pulled off,if its the left you may need the crossover tube, any hydraulic shop should be able to make you a new tube or try getting one from Case.
Good luck
