Case 310 Crawler Generator wanted

find out what other Case equipment used that motor. The generators on those would be the same as yours probably. Farm tractors for instance, sometimes used the same engine in crawlers & wheel tractors & power units. Like Jed says, Chevy generators off 235 & 261 engines fit on MF 65 tractors.

What voltage is yours.the early 310 gas was 6v and later ones 12v,the normal thing to do if you have the old unit is take it to the auto electric shop and have them repair it,if yours is missing now would be a good time to convert it to an alternator if its 12v,you could do away with the regulator and wiring and have a one wire alternator, just change the polarity of the battery from positive ground to negative ground,it would give better charging and lights ect,if you want to keep it authentic try the link below, they stock lots of old stuff.

I have 1 rebuilt and ready to go. I replaced it with a Chevy 1 wire alternator because the regulator would go bad and it costs $100.

Make me an offer thanks

Sorry this one is 6/1958 and is 12 volts. I have the bracket also.

The way to go is a one wire alternator its simple cheaper than rebuilding your generator. One of the best things I did for my 310g
