1982 680 case backhoe

my 680 case has been sitting for 3 years now when i start it up the clutch is smokeing and dose"ant move any ideas

680 did not have a clutch just a torque convertor with shuttle is the convertor low on oil?

With air brakes on this unit make sure the brakes are released. Sometimes when machines and trucks with air brakes sit for a period of time the shoes occasionally stick to the drum or the brake cam shaft doesn't rotate back far enough. If you put down the stabilizers you can manually check if the wheels rotate after you have pushed in the release button for the air brakes. I own the same year and model.
