Dresser TD7-H Decel when turning right

My problem is when you pull the right steering lever the machine will apply the parking brake which in turn will decelerate the machine because the brake/parking brake/decelerate pedel are one in the same on this machine. There are no issues when turning to the left, only when the right lever is pulled. Also, the machine does not need to be in forward or reverse it does the same thing in neutral. Looking for advice on what to check. There is not really any linkage because the handles work a hyd. valve then lines run into the trans. I am afarid I will have to open up the trans to repair this. Any help or guidance from someone who has worked on Dresser equip. would be appreciated. Finally, anyone have some leads on an inexpensive service manual. Found a digital copy on Tradebit for $10 but not sure about the site. Read some bad reviews on it.

For anyone that is interested I found my problem. A cylinder inside the transmission pushes on a cam to actuate the brake and stop the track. The parking brake lever also actuates this same cam and is directly in front of the cylinder. My brakes were adjusted way to loose and when I pulled the handle for the right track it would actuate the brake lever, which is mechanically connected to the throttle so the machine would decelerate. Moral of story is...adjust the brakes before you pull the hyd tank and the left side like I did. Brake adjustment is external at about 2 o clock position behind the sprocket. 1 1/2" wrench size for lock nut and 3/4 for adjusting nut.
