case 580b

I got a new to me case backhoe 580b and it has some problems that have me stumped
Bucket lift uneven??? No welds or cracks on it
some times it will lift it back on off the ground and hold other times it lowers right away and it is not leaking oil on the outside what is with this

sounds like the lift cylinders need rebuilt to me do not do just one

I have 5 cylinders off case backhoes including 2 outriggers -- I am in Ontario at the Northern Mich border.
