416C CAT Front loader issue

We are trying to repair a 416C Cat front loader, hydraulics is fine, and front loader only works initially and later does not work at 3000 pounds. Pump is calibrated at 3200 pounds.
Seals have been checked and they are fine, and oil have been changed as well, for a more densed oil.
Valves are also fine and have been switch between circuits, finding that still front loader does not work.
 
Reach back and move a lever for something on the backhoe at the same time as trying the lever for the front loader. If it moves when doing that then it has a bad resolver. I don"t remember enough about that system to tell you which one and where it is. But that is normally the problem when that happens.
 
This procedure has already been done without luck. Front loader lever has been calibrated.

Hello, did you change the four way valve at the bottom of the main loader controller handle. I had a massy 40 that was doing that one time and I changed the valve at the bottom of the stick controller and the problem went away. It was a cheap and easy repair job. A mechanic was trying to get me to pay him $900 to replace all kinds of stuff. I sure am glad I tried the four way valve change out first, lol!!!! Thanks, have a nice day and good luck to you.
