ih 500c 1950 year model dozer

ih 500c dozer and am trying to rebuild / make replacement dog clutch assembly for hydraulic pump dog clutch assembly that bolts on to front of harmonic balancer. I sure could use a picture or a sketch from manual to get it close. Parts brought in had dogs worn plum off and the hex worn plum smooth internally and externally. Any help appreciated

contact Steve at PDMechanical--he is very familiar with these clutches and may have one. I had neww dogs made and bolted them onto the faces, you can also weld build up the dogs.

Make sure your bolts to track frame & rear finals are all tight& in good shape,our you will be replacing all your parts in a short time. Frame will shift if bolts are loose & worn. GOOD LUCK
