Hello, it sounds to me like maybe the fuel pressure isn"t high enough to make the injectors pop off. The pop off point on the injectors is very high. It will take at least 40 or 45 PSI from the injecter pump and then when it goes threw the injecter itself the pressure will go to something like fifteen thousand psi to make the injecter pop off and spray the proper shape pattern into the combustion chamber. When it does the compression stroke should raise the temp high enough for the fuel to hit the flash point and then you should have ignition. If all that takes place the engine should start running. You have to of course have a strong enough battery or a pony motor that can spin the engine fast enough to make heat in the cylinders. Good luck I hope you can figure out the problem. If the injectors are popping off and she still doesn"t start the next thing to check is the valves to make sure they are adjusted properly and make sure the rings aren"t broken or woren completely out. If they are you will not get enough compression to get her to fire off. If you are getting fuel to the injecter and it isn"t spraying out of the nossil that makes me think that the pop off pressure isn"t being met. Take the nossils or injectors out and take them in to a JD shop and have them bench tested to make sure they are popping off at the right pressure. If they don"t pop off at the right pressure it will never run. You may have defective injectors or maybe the wrong ones. Good luck. R G the first standing by.
