My 850D takes about 15 min.to start moving in the morning.I need to jack the tractor up using the blade and rippers then put the trans. in gear and run it at high speed for about 15 min.Once the tracks are turning at normal speed it will run fine for the rest of the day.I checked the filter at the torque converter and found it plugged with clutch pieces.How hard is it to replace the forward/reverse clutch pack on these tractors?
