International 260a backhoe

I have the above mentionned tractor and all the hydraulic functions work good except the swing on the backhoe. I have cheked and the oil goes to the cylender but there is not enough pressure to activate them (only about 300 psi). It seems there must be a relief valve in that system but I can't locate it. Anybody can help?

Look in the archives on here. I think the IH hoes used a weird hyd. set up with the swing running off the power steering or something odd like that.

Thanks,Stick Welding. I checked the archives and you were right it seems that the swing is tied to the steering system but my steerig works just fine so I am looking for some kind of check valve or pressure relief valve in the system but can"t seem to find one.
