610 bobcat Carb. problem

I have a 610 gas bobcat. Idles fine when you push the throttle it stops. I just replaced fuel filter and plugs.

Start with the carb, check for water or debris inside the bowl, float level, adjustment screws have gunk between the needle part and orfice,high speed jet could be plugged or dirty,Maybe a mouse nest in the air filter tube or cleaner? Just a few ideas of where to start.We own a 722, so we've been thru ours,but each one is a little different,but close to yours.Just trying to help.
