Just got a new td6 crawler with no battery. Guy didn't remember if it was postive or negative ground. I KNOW someone knows! You guys never fail me. thanks in advance. i know its 12 volt... |

| Follow his directions but go on and use Negative ground then you will be able to jump from other common things. You will just be better off. Your amp guage MAY read backwards, can,t remember. |

| yeah ...you are so right about being able to take a jump from something else. negative ground just makes things easier. i was just afraid of frying the generator or regulator. thanks alot |

| it dont matter, put a battery in - ground manner. then take a jumper wire from your + on the battery or the B on the voltage regulator and touch it to the G terminal on the voltage reg. just tap it, a little spark is all it takes. this will polerize the genny and make it charge the battery.
