There is nothing wrong with a D2. One of my favorite tractors. Just check them out real good. Try to get one that does not need fixing and it will last you the rest of your life. Be sure you understand how to check undercarriage or find someone who can. Brakes and clutches don"t wear out. Brakes get glazed, cluches get stuck.

| | As mentioned in my original post: Tractor #1 - 90%+ undercarriage, the machine is fully restored - ie: new clutches & new brakes, etc. . Tractor # 2 - clutches & brakes unknown, undercarriage about 50%, engine has serious oil leak. I need something small like a D2 that I can pull behind my 3/4 ton pickup, and yet is big enough to do a good days work. Anything larger would require also purchasing a tractor-trailer rig with a low-boy trailer - I'm trying to keep costs to a minimum.
