T-340 should i fix or part out

ive got an ih t 340 that i bought a couple years ago. its got a 6 way blade gas engine good tracks and has had a aftermarket rollcage put on it. the only problem with the machine is the lovely little reverser. when the main tranny is in nuetral the reverser will operate as it should clutch in, shift, clutch out. when the main tranny is in gear the clutch deppressed it will shift fine but as soon as the clutch is let out it snaps out of gear hard and makes a bunch of nice gear on gear noises. im interested in eather parts to fix it or to sell the machine. thoughts comments ideas or trades are welcome

I'm not positive but I think you can go to direct drive and get rid of the reverser. Other than that check places that scrap out crawlers for parts.

If you are trying to get rid of it you should let people know general location.

Had one years ago with same problem from what I remember take the cover off of reverser and there were a couple of bolts that came loose inside after tightening it shifted ok
 
im located in western ny. i dont think i can get away with derect driveing it because there is no reverse gear in the main tranny. i havent found anything loose inside yet as far as nuts and bolts go
