John Deere 350 clutch oil leak.

I have a John Deere 350 c. It is leaking oil from the steering clutch back into the pinion gear housing through the bearing. All the seals and O rings have been changed and it hasn't stopped the leak. It is leaking through the bearing and into the ring and pinion gear housing. Can't see anywhere that it could leak.
 
i had a similar problem with my 350B leaking from the finals onto the dry clutches...third time back in the shop the owner did the work...found the JD seals were a tad loose...he used Cat seals and put em in piggyback...2 seals per side...hasnt leaked since...mite be worth looking at when you tear it back down.
 
I think you are right for a B model, mine is a C with wet clutches, I had the same problem with my older B model and traded it in on a C to get away from dry clutches but found different challanges, thanks for the info.
 
Obviously you must of missed something. The dry clutch machines were not a big problem as long as the ring-gear carrier was shimmed correctly. But with the wet-clutch Cs - they were chronic leakers. When the Cs came out - the reversers and steering clutches took up most of our repair schedule. I'd check again for any imperfections in metal parts where pistons seal and where steel tubes plug in to o-rings.
 
Do the bushings play a roll in sealing the clutch pack? They may be a bit worn, that is the only part I did not change.
 
Have you checked the o-rings under the steering control valve? It can leak through the top of the transmission case where it covers the opening of the ring gear.
