I just purchased a 2294 FWD Powershift. It has 4000 hrs. Without any warning the rear remotes will quit working and the three point will quit. You also have to pump the brakes once to get them to grab. They had the powershift overhauled about 200 hours ago and put a new powershift brain in it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

hey tom not much info to go on do you lose power shift during this? brakes could easly just be wore to much travel.do your remotes quit? have you changed filter? make sure you get the inside gasket when removing filters very common to find one trying to get in system.lift problems are commonly caused by draft control problems remote problems can be the compencater valve on pump usualy just when first started stick guage in romote an pull lever should be near 2000#.

Just following up. The hydraulic pump and compensator valve were shot. After reman was put on it ran fine. I am now overhauling the fwa ZF axle. I hate it when people don't take care of the little things that turn into big problems.
