What is it you love and miss the most about it?
The smell of the fresh soil?the sweet musical sound of a well used tractor?or just the fact there isn't a noise a switch won't turn off?
Just rambling here in Ohio, waiting to get back into my little fields

I'm just waiting for the combine now. Corn is not drying down well. Hoping that the
cousin has got some corn fields done the last 2 days so I can climb into the 3394 and
start shredding corn stalks, and then hopefully do some more plowing before it freezes
up. Last year my last day of plowing was 12/31/18

I was riding on an LA, plowing with my uncle when I was 8yro, and by 10 I was plowing with a 300RN solo. I just enjoy my time plowing. No one thing in particular triggers my passion to plow, other than the challenge to keep the plow turning perfect furrows trip after trip, and the satisfaction of a job well done.------------------Loren

As a small child I would lay in the back glass of grandpas1030 I can still see the ground rolling over.the smell stayed too.,the most important things from my childhood came from the fenders of case tractors
